Lauren Drayton joined The Semrad Law Firm in 2012. She is an associate in the Atlanta Office and currently manages Georgia's Chapter 7 Department. Ms. Drayton has been practicing law since 2009. Prior to joining Semrad & Associates, she was managing attorney for another Atlanta-based bankruptcy firm. Ms. Drayton received a J.D. from the University of Georgia in May 2009. She received her undergraduate degree from Emory University, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Latin and History. Ms. Drayton enjoys soccer, reading, and cooking.

I became disabled and my financial situation became dire and I have tried for two years to file for either a manageable chapter 13 or chapter 7. I have wasted thousands of dollars I do not have on lawyers who didn’t understand my complex case or trustee payments with a trustee who also seemed to disregard my situation.
