Marcie Venturini joined Robert J. Semrad & Associates in 2002. She is a senior associate and a member of the bankruptcy department. Ms. Venturini's primary practice is advising and representing debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Venturini has assisted and advised thousands of clients with solutions to their immediate and long-term financial situations.

I became disabled and my financial situation became dire and I have tried for two years to file for either a manageable chapter 13 or chapter 7. I have wasted thousands of dollars I do not have on lawyers who didn’t understand my complex case or trustee payments with a trustee who also seemed to disregard my situation. My experience with Debtstoppers was PAINLESS. My meeting with a new trustee took two minutes and my much needed chapter 7 was approved.
