Mark E. Bredow
Mark E. Bredow joined the Semrad Law Firm in June 2021 as a staff attorney in our Southfield, Michigan office. Prior to joining the firm, he was the owner of Bredow Law PLC a debt relief and consumer bankruptcy law firm. He is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Batchelor’s Degree in Accounting and received a Juris Doctorate degree from Wayne State University in Detroit. He has over 25 years of experience in the practice of consumer bankruptcy law in Michigan. He has represented Chapter 13 Trustees, mortgage lenders and servicers, and debtors in consumer bankruptcy matters. He is admitted to the bar in the State of Michigan and in the U.S. District Federal Courts of Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois, including the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Sixth Circuit. Before he became an attorney, he was a bank auditor, accountant, and judicial clerk in Michigan’s Sixth Circuit Court. Having represented homeowners, consumers, bankruptcy trustees, banks, mortgage companies, credit card companies, hospitals, medical care providers, landlords, condominium associations, and homeowner associations in bankruptcy matters, Mark brings a depth of experience and understanding of how debt collectors work and uses that knowledge to ensure that Semrad Law Firm clients receive their full benefits under bankruptcy law.
